Plain-language terms for every track in the TayaMusic store.
When you buy a track
You get a personal listening license that does not expire. You may:
- Stream it in the app and download it as an MP3.
- Play it on your own phones, computers and drives, including offline.
You may not:
- Share, upload or send the file to other people.
- Resell it, or use it in videos, podcasts, events, businesses or any public setting.
- Remix it or claim it as your own.
When you rent a track
You get the same personal listening rights as a buyer, but only for the rental period shown at checkout. When it ends, please delete any copies you downloaded.
Ownership
The artist and TayaPulse keep all rights to the music. Your purchase is a license to listen, not a transfer of copyright.
Where your money goes
From each sale, before tax, 80% goes to the artist and 20% goes to TayaPulse for hosting, payments and support.
